What are the quality requirements of lipstick tubes? Here is an introduction.
1. Basic appearance standard: the lipstick tube body should be smooth and complete, the tube mouth is smooth and formed, the thickness is uniform, there is no crack, water mark notch, scar, deformation, and there is no obvious burr or flaring at the mold closing line.
2. Surface and graphic printing:
(1) Text style: It is required to be consistent with the company’s sample, the text and pattern are clear and correct, no printing, missing words, incomplete strokes, obvious position deviation, printing blur and other defects.
(2) Color: in line with the confirmed standard sample, and within the upper limit/standard/lower limit of the sealed sample.
(3) Printing quality: pattern, text content, font, deviation, color, size meet the requirements of standard samples, pattern or font neat and clear, no obvious font blur, color difference, shift, burr, overprinting is not allowed.
3. Adhesion requirements:
(1) Hot printing/printing adhesion (screen printing tube or label tube coding test): Cover the printed hot color part with 3M600, press back 10 times after smoothing, so that the covered part is free of bubbles, hold for 1 minute, hold the tube (cover) with one hand and pull the tape with the other hand, and then tear it off at a 45 degree Angle, there is no phenomenon of printing and hot color parts falling off. Slight shedding (shedding area 5%, the diameter of a single shedding point 0.5mm) does not affect the acceptability of the overall identification, slowly tear the hot gold and silver, each color operation once (if a test can measure multiple colors, can be done at the same time, note that the tested tape part can not be reused).
(2) Electroplating/spraying adhesion: Use a utility knife to draw 4 to 6 squares with side lengths of about 0.2cm on the electroplating/spraying site (just scrape the electroplating/spraying layer), stick it on the square with 3M-810 tape for 1 minute, and then tear it off at 45 to 90 angles without falling off.
4. Hygiene requirements: the mouth wax tube and its internal components should be clean inside and outside, no impurities, foreign bodies, oil stains, scratches, dirt, etc., can be identified by the naked eye, black spots and impurities should be 0.3mm, no more than 2, dispersed distribution, does not affect the use, does not allow penetration of impurities, lipstick packaging materials shall not have odor other than the material.
